Statistics
This seminar introduces two major statistical
tools: comparative experimentation and regression analysis. Both
these tools are widely used in R&D and manufacturing. The tools
of comparative experimentation, such as the t-test, F-test, ANOVA
and confidence intervals, enable you to collect, analyze and interpret
data to make statistically valid comparisons. The tools of regression
analysis help in understanding the relationships between input and
output factors, and in building equations relating input and output
factors.
1. Hypothesis testing framework
2. Comparing single population
3. Comparing two populations
4. Comparing multiple populations
5. Correlation
6. Regression analysis
7. Stability studies
8. Computer applications
